You never want to need a tow truck, but when you do, call Shepard's Wrecker and Towing!I had a terrible mishap at one of the public parking lots at the beach (new configuration of parking blocks laid out by the county) and found myself wedged between the blocks--A friend recommended that I call Shepard's and they were prompt and efficient in extracting my vehicle without damage to the car. I am grateful and Highly recommend this service!

This place earned 5 stars! It was Friday and my high mileage car was leaking oil. I did not have an appointment and they were busy. They managed to work me in to diagnose and repair my car. They finished it early enough so I could continue with my travel plans. They were friendly, reasonably priced and best of all, my car is now running well. I am very grateful and recommend Shepherd's Services! Thank you!

Just Wanted to Say---"You can sell junk cars, salvage cars, and scrap cars without a title in North Carolina if the model is 10 years or older. The vehicle cannot have a lien and must have a VIN. ... If you need a replacement car title, visit the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles."

I had my tire almost fall off, after getting all new calipers, roters, and pads. I told the office staff and they didn't care whatsoever. I told them to do a general inspection and my brakes because I am traveling cross country with a trailer and f350 and they left all the lug nuts loose on my front left tire! I could hand twist all of them and also left 2 loose on the rear left. How incompetent! These "mechanics" could have gotten me killed but hey who the hell cares right

We were on vacation and found a nail in a tire. They fixed it in under 10 minutes for $14. Unbelievable service and value. Everyone was nice and professional. Highly recommend.
