Friendly staff everywhere around and have clear communication, even the staff in the back were nice when it was 15 min to closing time, just make sure you don't want to remove a big part.

I went looking for a part for a 33 year old Ford Ranger, for my brother, and found several. Good prices, too. If you need a vehicle lifted, they will lift and set on safety stands for free, too. It costs $1 to get in, but it was money well spent. I’ll be back.

They are really nice on the phone. Makes you want to not call any other junkyards. They had the part that most other junkyards didn’t but OMG they take forever to pull a simple piece I waited over an hour after I had called and told them I was coming to get that specific part. To long to wait.

Placed an order over phone, I was told to come after 1.5 hrs to pick up the part. Drove 45 minutes to get there and after I came I was told to wait for another 1 hour. The front desk guys were irresponsible and stupid.

May be the most organized salvage yard in the area but has the worst customer service and highest prices. First of all, when I walked in everyone was just glued to their computer screens and not until I went up to someone did they actually acknowledge my presence. I asked for the part I was looking for and offered me an exorbitant price for a single side mirror, $75! I politely declined to take the offer and was immediately cut off by "Okay then bye". Please take your business somewhere else unless you want to pay an outrageous price for parts. (I went around the corner and found my side mirror for less than half of the amount they offered me.)
