Rudest mgmt ever. Was told by a manager a price on a rear view mirror that they had in stock. When I got up there it was almost twice the price. I asked for the manger, he said he misunderstood and yelled that I should have been more clear. Needless to say haven’t been back.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over an hour and a half just to be taken back and shown a bumper. Counter guys were rude never made an effort to help. When asked a question they just look at you stupid. They were more worried in eating their tacos than helping a customer. Will not be returning there and I urge other customers to stay away. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Went to this place from a referral from one of the other salvage yards and the price for the part I was looking at more than doubled. Maybe the guy was taking advantage of the fact that I was sent there from another place so he assumed I was desperate for the part. Then, after I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on the part they didn't even have it. So I still had to go searching down the road for the part and he didn't even bother to help out like the previous shop did like refer another place . He just said he didn't have it and left me in limbo!!!!!! Bad service

Bryon was very professional to deal with, Bought a horn assembly for superduty so I could pass inspection, Very clean waiting room, restroom and good prices on vending machines while waiting, A very good experience at Your Ford Auto Parts. A+

The gentleman I spoke with was the most knowledgeable about my 2011 Lexus IS250C rear brake caliper bracket delima, more so than the Lexus dealer parts salesman. I must say even tho he did not have my part, this will be the first place that comes to mind when I need to buy a part. There is something about a business when they have a professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff that will bring repeat customers and Yourford has that something!! I don’t write reviews ever and was urged from the inside to do so. My quest continues for the part I need. But hats off to you for knowing the 250C has the sports package brakes when others did not.

Called to asked for rims and simply hung up. I wasn't bothering them or anything, directly asked my question and they didn't seem to care. Not the first time they been rude, I don't recommend this place.

Service was very slow it took him two hours to get me a spare tire for a truck and a spare tire for a car make sure you have plenty of time to go and sit and wait for nothing when you have to go pick up parts there

Would be better if I did have to wear the stupid mask because of the virus.
