I had a great experience with Dillon, who drove over an hour to adjust the brakes on a company trailer late last night. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company! Very responsive and excellent communication! We need more like them on the road to help us truckers! We are 24/7! 🌟 🌟

Went to pick up a load at a shipper and pig tail plug was all busted up they came out and did a very excellent fast repair and got me back moving down the road. Definitely recommend to any truckers needing trailer repairs done by these good ole folks!

I broke down in Yadkinsville today with my short bus. Faith came out and got my bus back to Randleman. She is a boss lady she was awesome we are so grateful for her she really was the best thank You so much Faith and if I ever need a tow you will be who I’m asking for

Last night as my neighbors were getting towed the worker yelled over at me and my two toddlers “this is what you get for parking like a criminal”. Super unprofessional guy. Neither car getting towed were mine. What a terribly run company with miserable workers. I would love nothing more than to let his supervisor know of this harassment towards a mother and her two children. I felt very uncomfortable and I hope they deal with this accordingly.

My husband and I were going through some hard times and were homeless and living in our van. We were parked in a Lowe's Hardware parking lot in Greensboro. My female cat of 8 years was with us and she gave birth to 5 kittens. So we were working at the flea market on 29 in Greensboro on a Saturday in May 2024. We always left our windows down so my cat "Fancy" could get in and out while we were gone. When we got back to our van at the end of the day it was gone, and so was Fancy and her kittens. I spoke to the people at Kirk Sineaths Towing and they said there were no kittens or cat in the van. I know this was false because I know Fancy. She would have been there when I returned if no one had removed her. So, my question to them is where is my Fancy and her kittens??? I called all the animal shelter sin Greensboro and they didn't have them. I've been going to the parking lot where we last saw her at least 3 times a week and she's not there. I just want to know what they did or didn't do with Fancy and her kittens. I know I should not have had her living in the van but I was not going to give her away. I love and miss my baby girl every day and I just want her back if not I at least want to know what happened to her and her kittens. Thank You For Listening... Tracy Hatfield Greensboro N.C.

I own a car lot in Randleman. I have a friend who had her n her husband was staying in their van in Lowe's Hardware parking lot in Greensboro. They were working at the flea market in Greensboro when they came back to the van it was gone and so were her cat of 8 years and 5 kittens. I too . When I took her to get her van we asked where her animals were. We were told that there were no cats in the van. Of course we knew that to be a lie. So I just want to say I know they were only doing their job by towing the vehicle. But when did the job consist of taking someone's cat that was family and breaking my friends heart. These people at kirks towing have no heart ❤️💜

Our driver was parked in a place that he had permission to park. This place drives by and sees our truck hooks to it and tows it in and makes a quick $800. We called for an explanation and they said they were called to get the truck but could not tell us who called. They said that they got several and seemed pleased.

The tow job that was completed doesn’t even deserve one star. This company was called to tow my car to Bill Black since it was not starting. When the driver arrived, he hooked the car from the back and towed it down my driveway to the road. The driver unhooked the car and drove down the road to turn around. Unfortunately, the driver did not put the car in park and it started to roll backwards down the road. The driver had to hop out of his truck and stop the car. Luckily he was able to stop it before it wrecked into something. Once he proceeded to actually park the car, he placed a chain to the front grill of the car and proceeded to tow it away. I thought it was strange that he would attach the chain to the grill to begin with. When I picked up my car from Bill Black, the front grill was completely gone. Later on, Bill Black found it laying in the parking lot where it was delivered by this towing company! This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone I know. Bill Black will also be told about this horrible service. If they know what is in their best interest, they will stop using them.

Obviously getting your car towed when you feel like you didn't deserve it is extremely aggravating. That being said, dealing with Kirk-Sineath to get my car back was a very easy and simple process. They were nothing less than professional and nice to me. I hope I never get towed again, but if it happens, hopefully it's by them.
- MMax Jeffries
These guys are great!! They were quick to get out to me on I-40 where my truck was down. They had a repair guy and a tow truck out to me in an hour or less. Even the office staff was polite and professional. Would recommend these guys and would definitely use them again if I am in the area.

Kirk's towing was used by Stonesthrow Apts against my family. It's was all about the money. They removed our car per the apt complex for an expired tag and flat tires?? Lies. They didn't question or remove a SUV with no tag and flat tires one parking space over from our vehicle at the same apt complex. I've never known a company to tow a car away from a resident for an expired tag but ignore a vehicle without a tag. This was definitely a money grab. As usual the car was held hostage and racked up storage fees. This doesn't make sense and I wouldn't recommend this company.

Great people. Towed my sons car after an accident while working with me by phone out of state. Lined up everything so I could come get the car the next day. Great service and people. Even took a look at my straps to make sure the car was loaded on the dolly. Again Thank You.

I was in need of a long distance tow (approx 200 mi) for my Semi truck as a result of breakdown. From start to finish, the experience was both courteous & professional. They sent out a young man named Robert. He arrived when they said he would & took great care with my truck. Robert was quite an impressive young man. The rate I was charged i felt was very reasonable for the svc required. And I was able to be home with my family for Thanksgiving. My thanks to all the staff there, particularly Robert. When I am in need of this svc again, I will certainly be calling these guys. My thanks to the entire team there, particularly Robert. May you all be blessed this holiday season!

Really bad experience / they took my daughter for a ride. Towed her while she had a parking pass in vehicle & charged $190 and when I called to ask about it and share that i see what kind of business this is(based on the many same reviews) I mentioned an Attorney & they would no longer speak to me because I mentioned and attorney and basically held car for hostage ( the man got great pleasure in saying mam you mention attorney I will no longer speak with you or help you. I wanted to call police and will be contacting BBB and authorities about these people. When my husband went out with cash to get the car the parking pass was on the floor &could have fallen off in towing. I feel like we have been robbed. Really disappointing that they do this to college kids who cannot afford $190.......what kind of world do we live in.....really sad.

This is the most difficult place to work with. If you have an accident and one of these trucks show up have them take your vehicle to another lot with better hours and availability. They have short hours (they close at 5 - no weekend access) and sometimes if you show up during hours and they are busy they'll just tell you to just come back the next day or to make an appointment like it's no big deal. All while charging you daily storage. BUT you can pay a fee to see your vehicle after hours. How convenient for them not me. There's someone at the lot almost 24 hours but they won't walk you back for dozens of reasons. One person told me on the phone if I got there before sundown I could get to my car (the first call after my accident) but when I arrived I couldn't go back unless one of the drivers showed up and would walk me back on their own time. That's always their excuse. "Nobody's here with me". I've been trying to simply look over my car one last time before I verbally release it to my insurance so I avoid daily storage fees. They're closed today (the 5th of July) for the 4th of July holiday. So even though it's Monday the 5th they get to bill me for another day. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to be a little more accommodating. My car was in a hit and run - I'm trying to release it to insurance and the lot hours and policies are making things more difficult than losing a car already is. They have lots of trucks and will get you off the road quickly - but if you EVER need to have your car in the lot I recommend using any other place but here. AVOID THIS LOT.

I'm a Superintendent for Senecal Construction and I had a 20 ton boom lift stuck in the mud. They came over and pulled my equipment out quickly. Very professional company and the driver of the tow truck was amazing. .I recommend them highly and I will use them again.

Looking to make a buck, or $278 bucks on honest people that need a mobile mechanic. Driver spent 5 min, didn't bring any equipment or parts to fix our RV fuel system and suggested we take it to one of their shops on Monday. Charged 2 hr min + service call and wanted to charge $10 for parts, oh yea he didn't use any parts because he didn't have any. Buyer Beware!

My vehicle was stolen in High Point and abandoned by the thief somewhere in Greensboro, Kirk's Sineath towed it as an abandoned property on April 2nd, I was only informed by the police in May 21st... What was so difficult in running the tag of a vehicle in a very decent condition and informing me on time, before trying to sell it in June? Their customer service is hell..
- AAmanda Burnette
Attempted to tow my car yesterday (truck W5 & W15), ruined the rotors on my car, damaged the underside of my car and the exhaust as well. Would definitely give zero stars if it were possible! As if that wasn’t enough the 2nd driver arrived and called the police on my husband after my property manager told them not to take the car.
- CChristy Carter
I was in a bad car wreck and Kirk Sineath towed my car. I was not allowed to get anything out of my car even though I was surrendering the car to him as it was totaled. I was told he needed my title before I could get my belongings because he couldn't do anything with the car without the title and that he would hold the car until I got a title. I called every 2-3 weeks to update because the place I bought the car from closed down and was having issues getting my title. When I finally got my title after months of running like crazy to get my title I was told that my car and belongings were disposed of even though Bruce gave me his word he would hold the car. I continuously stayed in contact and updated them on the status. I was raised your word is your bond and he did NOT keep his word in fact I was working hard to get the title for no reason I was told the car was disposed of after 30 days! He could have been a decent person and atleast let me get my belongings! The ONLY reason I gave them a star is because I had to! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would NEVER recommend this company!
- JJasmine Gregory
Would not recommend them to anyone although their signs are everywhere in Greensboro. They are untimely and lack general customer service professionalism. I pay for a special parking space and the one time someone was parked in my space for an extended period of time and I called to request towing, they promised someone would be their to retrieve the vehicle within 30 minutes. After waiting an hour for them to arrive, they never showed up or called to provide any updated information. Turns out the truck necessary for this particular job was out of commission and after two hours, I had to call THEM back for them to disclose this information. I was highly disappointed that I had wasted so much waiting, giving them the benefit of the doubt in regards to time yet they did not have the common decency to call and let me know that they would be unable to come remove the car.
- CChristopher Tuthill
Pulled in with missing clevis pins on my tandems. They took 7.5 minutes to pop a couple bolts and nuts in the brackets. They charged $104.98 You can always tell the true character of a company by how badly they screw you when you're in their mercy. I really should have done it myself, but it's not the point here. I mentioned the crazy price for this 'service', and was asked, 'well, how long does it take to get all the paperwork done?'
- SSinclair Palmer
Great towing of legally-parked cars! Successfully broke into my car and ruined my tire tread. Would recommend for anyone looking to dispose of an automobile, they'll definitely make it look like it's worth disposing of. They'll also threaten to hurt you if you say you'll press charges!

I had my car towed twice by this company. The first time they claimed they couldnt do nothing since the pass was not visible. I took that as a lesson and paid their fees. The second time they took my car, I had left the parking pass on my dash board. I had made sure to never leave the car without the pass on the dash since it continuously kept falling from the rear view mirror. Oddly enough, these people wait till a rainy day, when my windshield is foggy to come and take my car a second time. I knew that the pass was inside the car and that it was visible because i had to eat the charges last months. So when I found myself to their lot, I asked them to come with to take a look at the car. Once i opened the door, the pass had slid from the dash to the passenger seat. The guy at the front saw the pass there as well and it was even visible through the windows. His only excuse was that "two people" looked at it and didnt see it but when i come around is clearly visible. When i asked if there were any pictures taken, he denied to it. When i asked to speak with those two people who looked at the car, he refused my request as well. I am now forced to park at the visitors parking of my own apt complex with a VISIBLE parking pass inside just to make sure these people dont continue to take advantage of me.

My car was towed at my apartment complex. I woke up this morning thinking my car was stolen. The cashier I spoke to was very sweet and was not rude to me. However, the man that walked out to my car with me was very rude. I told them that my parking permit was in my car and there excuse was if it is not visible then it gets towed. My car shouldn't be towed if my parking permit was in my car and indeed it was in my car. Mind you my parking permit is always on my rearview mirror, and the one time it fell off they choose to tow me. They are constantly in my apartment complex nightly and they have seen time and time again my parking permit in my rearview mirror and I have been living here for a year and a half. My parking permit fell off my rearview mirror when I made a sharp turn and fell into the backseat. I pleaded with this "man" and they still charged me. I hope they go out of business sooner rather than later.

My car got towed with the parking sticker on it. Their excuse for the mistake was that they thought the car had an expired parking pass on it. I mean seriously, we all learned about colors and shapes in elementary school. That reason might have been an acceptable if every other car in my complex had a different sticker than mine, but it didn’t. We have had our new passes since the beginning of month. Here it is, three weeks later and this towing company can’t differentiate between the new sticker and the older stickers. To make things worse, these people took 20 to 30 minutes to go outside and confirm that my car had a sticker on the windshield, then another 20 or so minutes to bring it back. My mid-day schedule was ruined, and all I got was an insincere apology and unprofessional tow truck driver. This guy had the nerve to ask me about a part on my car rather than apologizing for the mistake his company committed. Kirk's towing is incompetent simply put.

My wife and I were out for a casual Saturday night. We went into A&E on Spring Garden St, browsed around some, left the store and walked across the street to Fat Dog's to have a drink and get a to go order of food. While sitting on the patio of Fat Dog's, I see a tow truck speed into the lot and attempt to hook up my vehicle (this was not a good situation for the driver nor I). My problem is 1.) To have patronized this business and to have this happen is unacceptable. 2.) NC General Statute says signs must be 'prominently' displayed. I entered from the side street and made a left into the lot. There is no sign on the left side of entrance for drivers to see and the sign on the right is in your blind spot when you turn in. 3.) While speaking with the officers that responded to this event, the tow truck driver accepted $70 from my wife to unblock my vehicle while she was completely terrified from the whole ordeal. Fortunately I have taken pictures of both entrances, from both directions of the main thoroughfare and the side street which I believe supports my argument. I definitely will be submitting a written request for a hearing with the Guilford County magistrate within 72 hrs. I could understand if my car was abandoned or left there for over 4 hrs but this happened within 1 to 1.5 hours of A&E closing. I am a reasonable person and will be very curious of what decision is made after taking the facts + law = decision is made by a disinterested 3rd party. Thanks for ruining a simple night out for my wife and I for a $70 profit. SMH.....

We had a blowout on I40. Called Kirk's-Sineath after we discovered our little jack wasn't able to get the tire off. They were there in a reasonable time and got us on our way. Thanks to Anthony and partner ( my spouse asked his name and promptly forgot it. Sorry) for the help.

I pay $50 monthly to park in the spot that my car was towed from and had to pay $140 to pick up my car this morning- similar to Richard's review above. If you are in need of a tow, keep scrolling down the screen and click on one of the other options on 'Similar Places'. I understand this is not a happy business to be in, but these people are unscrupulous in my opinion.
