Went there with a friend of mine and we walked threw a portion of the yard. A lot of cars, busses, trucks, etc. Looks like you'd expect it too. We'll be going back in the future. Found some good stuff.

This place is just AWESOME !!! This was my 3rd time been there i saw to me stuff that. I could use in the future and the lady there very helpful. P.S.i found what i needed.
- NNick Rodriguez
A great place for those people who like vintage cars and need parts.
- DDan Trevino
Been at John’s Salvage for all my vintage car part needs. On my last visit I scored some very hard to find steel wheels for my vintage Ford. Prices are very reasonable considering that classic car junkyards are a rarity these days. Lady at the office is very kind and knowledgeable. Terry helped raise the vehicle so i could remove the mentioned wheels. It’s true that this business has been around for a very long time so the very sought after parts are long gone, nevertheless there is a very large array of parts, trim, sheet metal, etc. Be sure to take cash as they don’t accept cards or electronic payments.

Great place to find classic car parts

They have a lot of awesome cars and great parts, but charge way too!!! Much I understand they need to make business , but charging brand new reproduction price for used parts is ridiculous, they wanted to charge me $120 for a 2nd gen camaro spoiler that I pulled , it was in okay shape but needed new studs, needed fiber glass work, and had been out there for mostly likely years sitting in the sun since it was all the way in the far back deep in the trees , and they wanted $120 I can buy a remanufactured brand new one for same price if not cheaper, and the ladies excuse was “ well it’s original from that era “ that’s cool and all , but at the end of the day even if it was from that era and time it’s a car part that needs work regardless , and people that were selling them used range the price form $20 - $40 Johns salvage co charges way too much for old parts that are rusted , broke, sun damaged, and need work , y’all need to stop thinking what y’all have is a gold mine it’s not , especially if those parts were picking have been in that yard on those cars for decades.

I restore muscle cars and have been here a few times and always get great service. You have to be patient because they have a small staff. If you are, then you will get what you came for a very fair price. There is not much they don't have and I'm betting if they don't have it not to many people will. I always call before I go to make sure they have what I need and if they don't call back then I just try them a couple of hours later. As I said, they have a small staff, one lady answering the phone and one guy that I know of taking off the parts. You have to be patient. I always tip the guy taking the parts off for me. I will continue to give them my business as long as they are in business. I saw where one review said they hung up on him. That is not something I could ever imagine these people doing unless someone was rude to them. If you got hung up on then you must have asked for it.

John's Salvage is a large yard with a lot of vehicles. From project cars to school buses, they have a great variety. I was looking for a part number specific intake manifold that no one from Austin to San Antonio had except John's. The price was reasonable since Terry did all the work pulling the manifold. I will head to John's the next time I need a good used part.

If your a classic car owner. You will fall in love with this Salvage yard. I feel like I was in heaven. I originally went for a front windshield for a 62 Ford Galaxie 500. I'm happy with my purchase. Great customer service and the guy who pulls part also did a great job. I'd recommend to anyone with a classic car to stop by this gem hidden in Seguin Tx.. 👍👍👍👍

I called about rims for my car. The receptionist is rude never took the time to see if they had them or not. Just no we don't have them and just hung up. Bad business.
- JJoseph Phillips
Bad business to deal with I call them just to see if they would have any 2nd gen Camaro parts and they just hang up the phone !!! Not a good way to tell a customer that spends any where from 4 to 5 grand in classic car parts weekly they lost my business 100% wouldn't care if they the only ones that has the part won't deal with them ever

I saw Johns Salvage awesome sign along hwy 119 and turned in to try my luck at finding a fuel shutoff switch for our deisel. No luck, once again but not for the lack of everyone there trying. The sweet lady in the office called probably seven places looking for me, and the fellas looked under the hood and were so nice to me. If you are looking for a part for your vehicle go to Johns Salvage, if they don't have it they will do their best to help you find it!

- CCaelin Collier
Unless you need body panels you're not going to find much all the cars have been robbed of they're parts for a very long time and the rusty pitted parts you find they charge about the price of the reproduction parts from classic industries
