They followed up with a phone call to verify the information then let me know that the driver was going to contact me. Not long after that the driver contacted me and set up a time, which was within 2 hours. The driver was professional and friendly. The transaction was complete and car was towed within 30 minutes. Good folks to work with I highly reccomend.
