Parts are overpriced. They are not allowing anyone to use wheelbarrows to bring tools in or parts and tools out to your vehicle. That is the reason I don't buy much from them it's too hard to get parts from the checkout line to your vehicle. Also very unfriendly service they offer no help at all. Rude service

Me personally I like the old school "junk yards", however... It is a good feeling knowing things aren't just tossed in a yard with zero organization. Prices have went up, but still a better price than a parts house.

This is the worst parts yard ive ever been to. When i walked in the door the lady at the counter searched my tool box and tryed to remove every bolt , nut , wire basically everything car related even unopened turnsignal bulbs. The yard was horrible parts laying everywhere. Someones going to het hurt bad there. The part i got didnt even work. And they charged me a core charge for a pulley and a warranty cost as well . Over 100 dollars for an altanator and a simple pulley. Ill never return here and will mever recomend going here. . If i could give it a zero i would. Dont waste your time with this nasty place

There nice. U can't take the wheel barrels out in the parking lot. Which sucks when u need alot of tool. But they had what I needed for a good price.

Extremely rude staff, yelled thru a bull horn that I wasn’t moving fast enough and it was time to go home, disorganized, have to carry your tools inside and thru building before you’re able to get a wheelbarrow, had mistakenly thrown some small piece in my tool bag and was accused of steeling by the lady who loudly announced to all staff and present customers leaving. When asked for a corporate number a gentleman standing there the whole time spoke up and said he was corporate, never offered a name or apology. I told him how unprofessional his staff was before I left the facility

I got charge for a warranty on a Fender. What do I need with a warranty on a fender. Make sure you let them know you don't want a warranty. Check out clerk didnt ask if I wanted a warranty he just added it on his own. Still a great place to go for auto parts. I bought the convertible top for my convertible from them.

WHY are regular steel wheels with tires almost 70 DOLLARS? good God I can go to mpg/queen city pick apart and get a full Steelie wheel and tire for 25 dollars AFTER TAX. and for just the tire at lkq it's 44 bucks. By the time I take it to a tire mounting place to put the tire on it will be about the same. Hope I don't have a blowout because I couldn't get a tire here. Way too expensive for wheels and tires

Very reasonable on prices. Just a word of advice. If you are going to return a part? Keep your reciept. No returns without it.

You want a place that will attempt to charge you EVERY bolt of an item and find ways to overcharge you, let the guy with the glasses be your checkout. Makes it almost not worth coming. GREAT inventory, just bad practice as a whole.

Funny how you cannot give negative star rating. This place charges you for their parts warranty without telling you. Whats difference between this and stealing yet they always have a tax payed officer their for the business's protection, absurd. This place needs to be shut down and all former customers compensated for theft and fraud.
