I went to this place for the first time visiting from Mobile Alabama after I left the Pull-A-Part on centennial because somebody referred me to this place. Upon arriving I forgot to take my parts that I bought from the other boulevard out of my toolbox but the guy working at the counter told me to go ahead and go on the yard I went on the yard bought what I needed they checked my toolbox discovered that I forgot to take my parts out and made me pay for them even though I didn't get them from their yard. Not recommend this yard to anyone they looked at me like I was a thief because I was a black man with a nice toolbox and I probably full of money I have no reason to steal if I could give it zero Stars I would

$5 dollars to get in? You may or may not find what you looking for so why is the entry fee $5 when every where else it’s $2 in the parts pricing is ridiculous because I got a grill. I used one that is Myself because I went and got it myself and check out it was like 60 something around that price range in the 60s and later that day I checked online it was 52 so I basically got ripped off for a used part And And money to go and get it when I could’ve just got a brand new one online ordered right to my door and I was looking for a valvebody they said it was $250 plus tax that’s a pull it yourself now and no warranty no exchange no return so basically right tells you that hey buddy we are screwing you over in every way possible we always knew that but now you know it too so how desperate are you for the part well I say screw that it’s the same price online for a new one that I don’t have to take out myself and other places have it for $32 including tax so if you want why it’s always not busy there Those Are two of the reasons I gave you ridiculous absolutely outrageous.

Charging $350 for a used torque converter because you assume no one will buy the transmission without it is absolutely stupid when most new or remanufactured torque converters are less than half the cost of a used one here. Not to mention all the work that goes into removing one is insane. This'll be my last time coming here and I'll make sure not to recommend any LKQ location ever again. And now they charge $5 per person just to get in. Went from $2 to $3 to $5. This is ridiculous.

This use to be a nice first class ran U pull it. Now it’s a joke. Walk in to the manager cussing out a customer. Overpriced $5 entry. Overpriced parts. Go to checkout and get berated because I didn’t have a stock number. It’s a U pull it; not full service. Half the parts you might find are laying on the ground….. Nashville take your business to Express u pull it or pull a part!

Accidently brought parts into the store and they stole them from us even with a receipt from the other yard. They didn't even check our tools and cart before we went in. Company isn't trustworthy. Over priced. And very rude people.

My wife and I just got back from a long long day of total disappointment! A 2 1/2 drive from Alabama to Nashville for getting parts from the only 2006 Lincoln Mark LT pickup I've seen in the south, the truck from the picture had it all, this one, well an ugly fender and part of bumper(ugly),headlight(ugly) and a 281$ charge, unbelievable!plus 80$ spent in gas,I mean I can understand vehicles getting ran through, but come on,I tried every possible way to communicate before leaving, awful experience, tip;go and expect the worse. WHOA,I left out the charge of 15$ entry fee for me,my wife and my friend

Quick rundown of why you should spend your money elsewhere. Granted I'm not going to tell you by letter of law that the manager Omar was wrong, but hear me out and then you decide where to spend your money. This is really an example , and lesson. Imagine a hot sunny 97 degree Nashville humid day, by the time I got to the check out counter I could barely see straight, let alone think of much but paying and getting some water. In my rush to leave I grabbed the wrong colored fender of the 2 I had to compare. Simple mistake? Just swap for the exact same fender, different color. I do understand now their add on warranty, and the practice of selling as is parts. But Coooome On OmAr. I didn't even leave the premises, nope. Manager bro Omar wouldn't even do a simple swap for color on a less than 10 minute old purchase. I call that first class customer service, and going above and beyond. I get it Omar, I really do, been in your shoes more than once on "corporate policy", enough to know that $100 you made by making me purchase a second fender is going to cost you far more in the long run. Enjoy. Won't ever say I didn't accidently grab the wrong colored one, but Omar today made a decision , so my decision and I hope now yours will be to take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other local options to chose from. These aren't the kind of people I want to do business with

They have a very large lot, and they manage to get many good vehicles old & new. The problem is they're over priced, with greed making them raise prices constantly. $350 for one cylinder head is insane when I need two, totalling $700. Why do I also need to get a quote on specific engines? Express pull n save has a set price for all engines. And they sell heads for $61 each with cams. Even had the guy at the register defending the price, googling used parts. Y'all are ridiculous. I hope y'all go out of business from your greed, so you stop scooping up the good cars and let the other yards pick them up. Update: I just rechecked prices because I was curious. In what world does it make sense to charge $350 PER camshaft. How does that make sense when the head itself is $350 as well? Fire your pricing guy or go out of business PLEASE. Update 2 in response to reply: y'all's camshafts are still $350 each. I'll give you guys another chance when I see prices lowered. Otherwise, I stand by what I said. Go out of business. Boycott this company out of Nashville.

This place is horrible. I bought a good from here, i didn't know it had been repainted when I purchased it therefore it did not match my cars factory paint. I go to get the core money and exchange the hood the next day and I was told that I hadn't paid for the 90 extended warranty. I paid for the warranty I don't know if the employee stole the money from the warranty I paid for or what. I was cursed at and was refused an exchange and also my core money returned. The place also charges a different price than advertised online. I have reported them for these reasons alone.

Good cars and decent selection but the prices are simply insane compared to the Pull a Part and Express Pull n Save. Like, I’m talking 40-50 percent higher per part. A factory radio is over 40 dollars. It’s insane. I want to shop here more but their prices make that next to impossible.

I got charge for a warranty on a Fender. What do I need with a warranty on a fender. Make sure you let them know you don't want a warranty. Check out clerk didnt ask if I wanted a warranty he just added it on his own. Still a great place to go for auto parts. I bought the convertible top for my convertible from them.

What a waste of a trip for a fuel tank, website says they sale them, but they drill multiple holes to drain them when they arrive. Wasted money to drive there and to get in for nothing, but a lying website.

All I needed was 2 small pieces of plastic trim and an armrest the price was crazy >$25 and then at check out the guy took the paint pen too mark the parts and wrote on the outside leather of the arm rest and the outside of the trim. Got home and the paint pen won't come off. Go somewhere else this place is the worst self yard I have ever been on for price, organization and service. Also side note they don't organize the yard by brand so if you are looking for 1 type of car you will be walking all over the entire yard may be 1 of the cars on L2 and the other on r48 400 yards away.

They are trying to be the worst for everything... The entry fee is now $5, and they will charger you for every screw, pigtail and button, even it's a whole unit, the staff is also very rude. I'd go to other yards like pull-a-part or express-pull-n-save

I was at this yard on Saturday 16 2024 trying to purchase a second rollseat of Yukon and the person that was at register was trying to charge me for second roll seat and a bucket seat when it was only one whole seat just because it was in 2 pieces because it was the only way to get it out of the Yukon for the space you have to work with and the other person that was there supposedly in charge keep arguing with me about it when I tried to explain to him that was the only way to get out. he just kept arguing that it was a second roll and a 1/2 a seat trying to charge more money I ask to speak with the manager and he told me that he was in charge that day if I wanted the part it how is going to be like he was saying and I told him no I wasn’t gonna pay more for the second roll seat because it was in 2 pieces I try to call corporate to speak with someone about the way he was doing trying to charge more money but didn’t get any answer because hours of operation and they wore laughing because I wasn’t gonna get anybody on the phone and when I when back to pay for the other parts that Hispanic person kept trying to instigate the black person to keep arguing with me and he still charges me for the seat and other parts and trying to seat that I didn’t tell him I was only getting the other parts but no the second roll seat

Went in to get some temp sensors on my car since they were 5 a piece according to the website. After digging through lot and uninstalling the sensors, I get up to pay and all the employees are being rude to customers. Ok that's fine. I get told 25 a sensor which they are not even that brand new. I show the guy the online price and he argues with me for a few minutes then drops the price down to 15 a piece. I will never be back to these con artists and you should not hire foreigners that are racist to run your business!

Awful pricing. Went here to get some replacement taillight housings and they wanted to charge me 70 for a set. If only I knew what the prices were before I ended up wasting an hour here looking what I needed. You're better off at Pull-A-Part if you want a decent deal on your parts. Also staff is a bit unenthusastic and rather rude. Would not recommend coming here

I needed a spare tire. Spares are located in the trunk. My car has an electronic lock only, since they remove the battery before putting the car on the lot they are supposed to pop the trunk. If they don't, not only can you not get the spare but all lights assemblies, wires, speakers, or whatever else you need trunk access for. I brought it to their attention that none of the cars had been unlocked, and they did not care at all. The manager was upset at me for bringing it to their attention (makes me think that was his job). The manager ( a middle aged latino man) told me to pick a car, and they would have an employee unlock the trunk the next day, but only 1 car. So if the part is not there, come back another day and request another car 1 by 1 instead of doing what they are required to and open them all before putting them on the lot. Also, they charge a bit more than double pull a part. I'm not coming back here!

I went to return an alternator and didn’t have my receipt and they wouldn’t print another copy or return me my money. And When you buy something with credit they make you sign 2 copies but somehow they will not return your money if you don’t have your copy.

these people are the greediest I’ve ever seen. They tripled their prices for pull a part all other pull a parts are way cheaper than them after you get your hands dirty and you work hard to pull your parts they’re trying to charge you brand new parts prices. You’d be better off purchasing Parts from full-service salveg yards or go to other pull apart don’t get ripped off at this place

At one time, LKQ was a terrific junk yard. Employees worked the yard and picked up clutter in the isle ways. The prices were fair and most of all, they were straight forward. I Really needed a tire and they were on my way back to my town. So I stopped in and found a tire, already on a rim for my car. score, on the price list online, it says a tire is 24.00 and a steel wheel is 17. 17 is cheaper than a mount and balance so I'll take it. Explain to me how to total ended up being 63.00. I even asked about it and this little boy behind the counter acted like there was no options here. So I rolled with it. Later, I looked at the receipt, he added a optional 90day guarantee to both the rim and tire. I didn't ask for it and pull a part give you a 30day warranty for free. At pull a part, that one tire on the rim would have cost me 24.00 plus tax and environmental fee. And I wouldn't have had to put up with lip from some punk kid who doesn't value a hard days work. They treated me like I ruined their day by showing up at their business.

Horrible pricing and the employees barely seem sentient. No joke cost me $100 for 2 steel wheels with roasted tires, and that’s after having them remove the “90 day warranty” that they put on without even asking you. They charge for the wheel and the tire separately (unlike pull a part) so it ends up costing double. As if anyone is EVER going to buying a rim and tire separately from a junkyard. Am I supposed to dismount the tires right there in the yard? Come on.

Today put me over the top with this place. Went and got some door handles. They are listed at $15 each. Front door handle has two connectors for the smart key access. Handle is bonded together it’s part of the handle, it’s non-serviceable and the only way you can buy it . They wanted to charge me an extra $8 for a pigtail harness! So if I buy a window motor that has a harness that comes out are you going to charge me extra for the harness that’s part of the motor? Scam at work. They do have a good selection of cars. they keep the yard clean and straight. Just watch their pricing they will try to charge you crazy stuff.

The online parts search showed 2 vehicles that match for a diesel injection pump. I drive 20 minutes and pay $3 only to find the two vehicles were both gas. When I tried to get my $3 back they said they couldn’t do it. I showed where the search was showing two vehicles that match and both were gas. He said come back tomorrow and speck with the manager. It will cost Me more that $3 in fuel to drive back. Do not use this junk yard.
