Excellent experience! I brought aluminum and steel cans. The gentlemen that work here were genuinely very friendly, obviously enjoy working here and with each other. They very helpful and fast! They helped me unload everything from my truck onto a cart and then rolled it inside to weigh it. They take your ID, bring it back and then have you park outside the gate and come back into the office to get your payment by presenting your ID. It was very efficient! I was also really impressed with how clean and organized the “yard” was. Overall fantastic experience and this will definitely be my go-to place for recycling!

By far the best recycling center to sell your scrap metal. They have the best rates in town ( Ive been to them all over the years) and the awesome staff make recycling a great experience. They are honest and helpful and even greet me by name. No matter what city I load up in, I always bring it here for a hassle free, speedy transaction. I only gave 5 stars because there weren't more. The workers are attentive when you pull up. They direct you where to go then help you unload your scraps. Mid Atlantic workers goes above and beyond what they are required to do. I forgot to mention the receptionist lady is very helpful on the phone and keeps the same mentality while in person. I recommend this place.

I have been to other scrap yards before and I have to say that the customer service of this scrapyard is absolutely outstanding. Im a general manager of a burger king, so i know good service. When i pulled up, they came right up to my vehicle, greeted me with genuine kindness, asked what i had, and directed me exactly where to pull up. There were alot of directional signs so i knew exactly where to go, and every employee was absolutely wonderful. The main employees i dealt with was (Al, and melvin) they even made me laugh! Everyone was cheerful. 10 stars for customer service! Price was a little lower than i expected, but im not too familiar with scrap pricing anyways. I only had about 100 pounds. But at the end of the day, they welcomed me as family, and i will 100% be back here with any scrap metal i find. Thanks again!

They were very nice and helpful.Also explained everything because it was my first time and I will definitely go back their to bring some more scrap and recyclables.They gave me great information and unloaded my scrap without asking.They were quick and efficient but they close at 1145 so get up early.

It is so unfortunate to do business with this company. I ordered and paid for a used car part. The part was never shipped and after my repeated inquiries, I was told that it got damaged in shipping. I requested a refund and to date waiting on that. I have contacted them for more tan 6 times in past one month and either got hanged up or told that the refund is under process. I lost $160 in addition to hundreds of minutes of time and all i got in return is stress and frustration.

Boy these guys work hard, efficient and with a smile on their faces! From getting weighed in to unloading a trailer full of aluminum siding, the guys were helpful and attentive! Office staff were pleasant and quick!

If you get the chance to go anywhere else, do so. I got about nothing for my scrap. 4.5 cents per pound. 66 cents for a radiator. Yes the workers were nice, the front office, not so much. Not going ever go here again
