Had my serpentine belt replaced in July and it ended up prematurely failing last week. Pick’s got me in, replaced the belt, and made sure there wasn’t some other issue going on. They didn’t charge me for the belt or labor. This is the kind of shop they are! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I thought that I needed to have the brakes bled in my car due to the slack feel of the pedal. The technician found out that one of the calipers had an issue. I was not charged for the diagnosis. I will return to get the caliper issue resolved. I was impressed with their service!
