I recently hit my 100 class milestone. I love The Junkyard and I look forward to more milestones! Something about the community stuck out but I wasn't completely sold at first. After not coming to class for a couple weeks Sam reached out to make sure everything was going well. This is just one example of how the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I was determined to stick with it primarily because of the community. It wasn't until I signed up for Junkyard+ on a whim that I started coming to class more consistently. This membership option includes unlimited classes, nutrition coaching, monthly 1 on 1 training sessions, online workouts and more. Getting my nutrition in order has allowed me to work even harder in the gym and have better recovery. I don't think I would have sought out a nutritionist if I didn't do Junkyard +, but I'm glad I did because it has been extremely helpful. The coaches and staff are all amazing. I enjoy going to Kelly's classes because she pushes me to my limits by giving me "the look" if my weights are too light. Anybody that has been to her class knows what I'm referring to. She always helps with form and modifications. The JY staff are always organizing events and opportunities for community and getting to know fellow Junkies. JY+ has been the best investment I've made for myself!

Awesome workouts with amazing coaches! Always leave feeling exhausted and accomplished. Coaches are the perfect motivators to push you to your limits and get the best out of your workout! Love the breakdown of all the workouts a perfect mix of cardio and lifting. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great workout! It’s high energy and everyone is encouraged to push yourself, but it’s only as hard as you want to make it. In other words work at your own pace. This is circuit training at its best in my opinion - coach lead, group participation, loud music, low lights. Everyone is there to do work not look around at everyone. I was new and didn’t know anyone but I was perfectly welcome. Everything was well explained and I was paired up with another coach who was there for the workout. The location is perfect for anyone within 5-10 miles of downtown Greenville. Should be able to get there really quick. It’s tucked behind Carolina Bauernhaus - same parking lot - don’t let GPS take you down Doe St. Also the Google maps satellite image is way out of date - all the surrounding buildings are renovated. The setting is super cool. Took a few pics. Anyone who is thinking of trying Orange Theory or Iron Tribe or CrossFit or anything like that should definitely give the Junkyard a shot.
