No call no show on a pick up 430 appointment that I made the night before for the following day. I called and left a message and they couldn't even call me back to let me know that they were unable to keep the appointment. Don't even bother contacting them.

I had an appointment for 3:00pm for a promise to pick up my car. ended up calling at around 3:40..And the lady said her driver was running about another 40min late... well its now 6:15 no call no show! How rude! I wont be recommending or doing business with these people! Period! How do you just keep your people waiting on you like that?? Shame on you!
