On my way to work to Citrus Memorial Hospital, my left front tire popped which put me on the side of a dangerous one lane road (SR 41). I knew I needed help from a professional due to the hazards of the surface area that the road affords. After waiting a short period of time, Ben, from Sam's Wrecker Services, arrived. He quickly changed my tire while giving solid and helpful advice. Christmas is just around the corner, and all I can really say is Ben is a blessing to me and to this company. He was extremely professional, explained in detail why the tire popped, and went on his way without acting like he did anything. I'm here to tell him thank you for everything including making my Christmas and holidays that much better. BEN is a total class act that deserves to be recognized!! Thank you brother!! A life saver!!!! I would absolutely recommend Sam's Wrecker Services. The gentleman was quick and very professional. I called several towing companies before this one and they were all way to expensive and not 24 hours like their websites advertised. This company came out at 3am to pick up my broken down car. I was extremely impressed with the price I payed and how quick they were about picking up my car. The on call lady was so nice and very helpful with my situation. I wont be taking my business anywhere else but Sam's Wrecker Services from now on.

In the past two months I needed road side assistance twice and Sam's Wrecker was quick to respond. The first service was to replace a blown tire with a spare, while the second was to tow my car to the mechanic. The service men that arrived were very professional and the price was affordable. I would definitely use Sam's Wrecker again, if the need arises!

This tow due to breakdown was our third time using ATT Service over the years. Sam's was there in less than 30 minutes versus hours waiting for others in the past 2 incidents. The driver was a pro.

They are rude and unhelpful my car was broken down and they took 4hrs late to pick it up then they refused to pick it up and drop off at my house where I would be waiting they wanted me to repay an Uber to go back and meet them on there on there time never use them they don't care about there customers. I recommend this company 100%! I learned that not all towing companies tow motorcycles but they do. Very fast on getting to me. Everyone I talked to was very polite and professional. Definitely will be calling again if I have any more problems.

I use AAA and have needed 4 tows this year .All 4 tows were by Sam's out of Brooksville FL .Each time they were prompt , professional ,and I felt comfortable with them which I feel is important for a woman .This last time I even called them first to make sure I could still get them through my AAA .The lady was very nice on the phone and quoted me a 2 hour timeframe .(They arrived within an hour ) I highly recommend this company .

My 90 year old grandfather just had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this towing company. He was initially told they would be there to tow his Jeep in about 1-2 hours. After 2 hours he called again and they said the truck was 30 minutes away. That time came and went so he called a 3rd time got the same thing, they were 30 mins away. 5 hours later this company finally showed up. I understand being busy but the very least they could have done was be honest about their time line so he could have made alternative plans. I would give this company zero stars if I could.
