Rude customer service sucks I see why you only got 3 stars it needs to be one

Absolute worst customer service. I recommend to everyone use different company. Stop N Pull is a joke of a company and has lousy customer service. They never give call back. I paid for parts and never got all of them, then was told they'd mail me the part then was told I had to drive 2 hours back there because they messed up and didn't bring everything. I asked for refund and they refused to refund me for the parts they failed to bring. I would never use this company for anything in future.

Jose was very helpful. I have not put the part on my car yet so Im unable to review quality of the part but the service I received was first class and will use them again in the future.
