Only a 3 because I ordered an fusebox and when I got there to pick it up it was full of water. They left it outside overnight when it was pouring rain.They did refund my money in 3 days. But not gas for driving 45 minutes out of my way.Prices are a bit high... but it is what it is.Very professional on phone and via text.

order a part from kevin, he had the part he want payment now, now, now, two days later i got atext with a emoji part is cracked and i should expect that on a 10 year old car. further more, no one answer the phone. on a good point refund was fast. i suggest the next morning meeting that is talked about. i would not buy anything from them again

The staff was great and organized and easy to communicate with.That said, I ordered parts and was unable to pick them up, cancelled the order a few days later and was gouged a 20% restocking fee. Incredibly easy parts to pull (hood+bumper cover) but expensive and pretty ridiculous to dump 20% with no parts.I think it's common knowledge that used parts are hard to find and often sought by those needing to save money but needing repairs at the same time. Unfortunate policy, would not recommend.

These guys had some of the great customer service I've ever experienced. Not only were they friendly on the phone but after I had purchased the item and before they sent it I was emailed more photos just to confirm that I approved. I live clear over in Southern California so this was pretty comforting. As I emailed back they responded very quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend their business to other and will keep them in mind when hunting for parts. God Bless
