Called on November 18th to see if they had a part in stock that they had listed on car-part.com. The man I spoke to stated he would check to see and would call me back. On November 20th I called back and got voicemail so I left a message. On November 22nd I called again and got voicemail again. I never received a call back. I cannot rate the actual quality of their service as I never actually received any!

They were super quick to the scene, they were careful with the car and returned calls when promised. It's easy access to get to your car, easy to find the place. They made it simple for removal of personal effects and were friendly. No qualms using them!

Great towing experience!! We lost a car down a ravine deep in the backcountry of Rimrock Lake. Most towing companies in town wouldn’t help or quoted us exorbitant prices. Gama (owner?) was respectful, gave us a very well priced quote, drove out there with us, and pulled the car out. He did an incredible job in a tricky situation and we have our car back! Would highly recommend.
