Had some issues at first. But whiteys is a very customer service oriented business. Just have to remember to communicate what you need from them and I’m sure they will make it work

We called and gave the production date and received a quote. Then we asked how much to ship and I was told to text someone to get the price. I texted the number, and the next day got the quote to ship, and then asked about picking it up instead-I was told it was $175 and not the $145 we had been quoted the day before. They quoted us $145 for an inverter, then the next day they sent an email stating they are $175. Then when I asked why the change in price, they said they never qouted the $145. So they essentially called me a liar. If you’re going to get a quote from them on a part, definitely record the conversation.
