Recently completed the task of offloading a non-operational vehicle. I had put it off for a long time partly because it seemed to involve a lot of hassles and uncertainties. Once I got past the uncertainties involved in accepting an offer for the car, the actual process of completing the transaction — transfer of title, payment (in cash), picking up and towing the car away — was handled by the personnel of a company called SCV Recycling. All questions were answered clearly and concusely, all promises kept, by real people who were pleasant and easy to deal with. Every step in the process as hassle-free as possible.

Had an old car to get rid of. SCV made an offer through Clunker Junker. Great communications, even after a mis-schedule. It happens. Tow driver was nice and courteous. Guided me through the paperwork. Zelle received prior to tow hookup and off she went. Keep up the good comms. That is a strong plus in these days of terrible customer service and follow through. Good job!
