I had an amazing experience with these guys. Starting with Jerry over the phone, he promptly supplied photos of a truck bed I wanted to swap onto my truck. They also worked with me on the logistics of driving out from Utah and accepted my old bed as scrap. Pricing was very fair- $500 for rust free bed with Retrax bed cover. Well worth the drive!

The manager named Chavez sold me a transmission for a nissan titan here and it ended up not working when I came to return it he had an aggressive Attitude and didn't want to help us with the process and he had the same attitude with my mechanic over the phone this is bad customer service all the way around we waited a very long time which the return could have been done in a couple of minutes if it had not been for the boss being there, it could have taken longer!!! ( if you buy from here dont deal with Chavez he is to aggressive with customers )

I called in and was placed on hold for 5 minutes (COMPLETELY FINE - being in c.s. I understand first come first serve) , when the employee answered after 5 minutes of waiting he gave me about 30 seconds of his time , I gave vehicle details he said they didn't have it BUT THEN asked what part , before I could even answer he put me BACK on hold for 3+ minutes . Needless to say great attitude (nice attitude genuinely a nice guy) but being on hold a second time shouldn't happen unless you're looking up the part or briefly putting someone else on hold . It should be first come first serve to customers whether in person or on the phone . I def didn't appreciate being asked for further details of what I was looking for and being cut off and placed on another hold ~ I hung up and will be looking else where atp
