Outstanding Customer Service – Ask for Sam! I’ve been to Toy Auto Mart a couple of times over the years, and today I was reminded why I keep coming back. I came in to buy parts for my daughter’s 2015 Toyota Camry and was helped by Sam — he’s professional, respectful, and genuinely understands customer needs. He looked up my phone number before the purchase and immediately greeted me by name, thanking me for being a returning customer. Apparently, I had bought something years ago, and they still had me in the system — that small touch made the experience feel very personal. Sam gave me a great deal on the parts I needed and even threw in a few plastic trim pieces for free. The atmosphere here is relaxed and honest. No pressure, no inflated prices — just straight-up good business. While I was waiting, I watched Sam help several other customers, and I noticed how well he seemed to read each situation. He’d name the price before they could even ask for a discount — and it always matched what they were hoping for. This place has good energy, fair pricing, and top-tier customer service. Our son recently rear ended someone and my husband wanted to do the repairs himself. He searched for the hood and headlights we needed and found their website really helpful, accurate photos and descriptions. Pricing was more than fair, the guys we met were terrific, and they put loaded it right into the back of our truck! I hope we don’t need to become regulars lol, but if we need anything else we’d definitely look here. (And we came over from Reno!)
