Called on a Monday to ask about a 2008 Mazda3 hatchback that I was interested in. I let Jacob know I would be driving about 6-7 hours and I wanted to arrive prepared. He let me know my best options were too buy it cash or get approved for a loan myself. Told him I'll handle it and that I'd call back with an update. Jacob was very friendly and helpful. Call back next day on Tuesday to let them know I was approved and spoke to someone who is "not Jacob" and not the manager. Dude spoke to me as if I was actively taking a wizz in his Cheerios. After putting up with his disrespectful tone I finally just ask for a ball park number that we can agree to and his response: "I don't have the power to make financial decisions" -_- I tell him to ask Jacob to call me back and he comes back with another mouth full of attitude saying they're always getting calls and too busy to take my number down and I'd just have to call back. Yeah, okay. Well, "not Jacob," you may not have the power to MAKE financial decisions, but you sure have the power to LOSE financial opportunities. I had NO INTEREST in calling back after that conversation. Instead I just went back onto cargurus and found a better deal closer to home. Your loss is my gain I suppose. Word of advice to the dealer: If a dude doesn't have the authority to say yes or no to an offer, don't let him answer the phone!

Spent a couple of weeks looking for a good used minivan for my elderly parent. Came across one listed at Black Diamond and stopped by their lot when I was in the area. They are located in the back of a fairly large area used by several car dealerships just off the intersection of Sunrise and Zinfandel. It's easy to see their office as you navigate into the lot. The entire team there was very friendly and professional, and easy to work with. No pressure tactics and the vehicle was marked for a good deal. Took a test drive of the vehicle with one of them and once I decided to purchase the process was pretty quick and easy. It may take a bit longer with financing so can't speak to that part. The minivan was clean and continues to perform well after a week of use. They provided Carfax and other documentation along with the regular paperwork. There is a small aftermarket warranty they really encourage given these are used vehicles and there's only so much they can verify. No issues to report with the car and just waiting for some paperwork from the DMV. Definitely can recommend them for cars.

I just bought a used car for my daughter from these folks and they were great. Nathan handled our sale and he was polite and professional. We saw the car we wanted listed online, called to confirm they had it, test drove it and paid. All told we were in and out in maybe 2 hours (despite my bank giving me some trouble about such a large purchase). It was a great car buying experience.
