if I could I would give them NO stars, this company was called and asked if they were AAA dispatcher said yes. I was involved in an hit & run 8/28/25. they were called to come tow my car to an address in Oakland, driver was given the address when I got to the address that was given the car was not there. I continued calling the driver and got no answer. finally talking to the driver or dispatcher not sure who they told me my car was in the San Leandro tow yard. I called and text and then the driver number was cut off. My insurance told me to report the car stolen to OPD, once I did that I get a call on 9/10 asking me what I wanted to do with my car. the dispatcher was had a nasty attitude with me. I asked why they hadn't called sooner he informed me that my car was not in his system. Once a car is towed to a yard they have to logged it into a the system. they tried to rack up fees for storage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SHAM.

My car was stolen and recovered by this tow company. CHP told me they had no release on my car. Rude guy that I’ve talked to twice told me I’d have to pay that “they always charge fees and people have to pay”. Called a little while ago to see if my car was still there and he acted like he was too busy to tell me. The Alameda location is not that big but it’s good though. People really aren’t worth a damn. If I could give a half a star I would.
