Car was damaged by this company during towing. After calling to discuss how to get my car repaired I was verbally attacked by the manager who called me a fraud stating that I needed to "grow up". The company refused to even engage in a conversation around the issue until being prompted with explicit documentation showing the damages was caused by them and threatening to take them to small claims court. Finally the company never fully reimbursed me for the damages they explicitly agreed on. I would recommend any other company.

What a great tow yard. Auto Care Towing is top notch. Shout out to Jordan. He was first on the scene when I had an accident. Jordan was professional, comforting (as I had just gone through a traumatic experience), and made sure to keep myself and everyone on the roadway safe. Jordan had my back at every level, making sure to call CHP to file a crash report and just generally keeping me calm in a stressful situation. Auto Care Towing is lucky to have an employee like Jordan, anyone who has the opportunity to meet him can rest assured they are getting the best service in the industry.

I had called Auto Care tow after I made the mistake of calling and waiting 3hours for another company to tow my car. Clarissa on the phone was a lot of help and the driver George was awesome. They helped me out like and treated me like family. The dispatcher said 35-40 minutes George the tow driver got there in 25 minutes. If you need a tow look no further they have any truck for the job!
