Just got towed/pulled out by Ladd’s Towing in Felton and the service was outstanding. The tow truck driver was incredibly professional, thorough, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He pulled our vehicle out of a difficult situation with ease and made the whole experience stress-free. He even followed us up the road afterward to make sure we made it safely. AAA used Ladd's Auto Body & Towing for my emergency tow. My poor '57 Ford F100 motor seized up in the middle of a busy intersection. Was super upset about the whole situation, to say the least. Within about 15-20 mins of calling, tow driver Juan arrives with smiles and good attitude. He carefully loaded my classic truck, and parked it safely at the destination. In an unfortunate situation, Juan managed to at least ease it with a fun conversation, politeness, and professionalism. Thank you for taking care of my truck safely!
