I had been dealing with letters and phone calls from the IRS since 2020, and it has been quite a frustrating experience as each quarterly payment had been sent and deposited. I finally decided to schedule an appointment with them to speak in person rather than over the phone. The first available one was six weeks out and 50 miles away. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Today was the day of the appointment, and I had the privilege of working with Ryan Girley. From the moment we started, it was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done to help me resolve my issues. His expertise and guidance were invaluable, and he made the entire process much smoother and less daunting. I'm so grateful for the assistance I received from Ryan and the IRS team. I had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Girley was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I drove from Los Angeles and plan to return to this location, if necessary, in the future rather than going to another office. This office deserves five stars and pay raises.
