The driver I had, I think his name was Mark- was great!!! I have a Subaru Solterra EV with a bad tire blow out, only to discover/remember that it doesn’t have a spare. It was a AAA tow, and Mark helped me find a place to take the car to, to get it fixed the next day. He was so great, I stopped bye a couple days later to give him a tip! Highly recommend them!

Friday, January 9, while transporting my mother, our Jeep lost power on Highway 50, just west of Placerville. AAA sent a driver quickly. When Samuel arrived, from G & O, he did an outstanding job helping us out of the Jeep safely. Passing traffic was challenging. Samuel was a great conversationalist and helped to make the whole situation an adventure.

Tonight AAA had us waiting on the freeway for over an hour and half and still didn’t find us a “dispatched driver” called G&O directly and then they had Stewart on his way within 15 minutes and didn’t give us a quote but insisted on calling AAA directly to say they accepted the call … long night but trust G&O in an emergency any day any time they are reliable and Stewart kept me posted and got my kids safely off the freeway!
