I spoke with Julie last week. She tried to help me re set my Auto Pay because my old charge card was compromised, and l have a new card. The set up was not successful. Julie needed to contact tech support and left me a message to call her back. I called back and spoke with Andy today. She was walked me through it, and the auto pay set up was successful. Both Julie and Andy are awesome!! They were friendly, professional, patient, efficient and very helpful. I thank both the ladies for their help!

Spoke with Ashley today about adding a sofa to my bulk item pick up next week. They weren’t able to pick it up on the same day because there wasn’t enough room on the truck, however, she scheduled me for the following week, and gave me the same price as if it was being picked up together. She went above and beyond to help me out and was also very nice in the process!!! Top tier customer service!
