This towing shop is COMPLETELY fraudulent I am contacting the Attorney General of Utah and highly advise you contact them immediately upon contact with this company. Their practices are sneaky, uncommunicative and fraudulent, they do not abide by Utahs towing laws set by the Utah Department of Commerce. It’s also worth nothing they don’t have representatives available to get your car out of their lot - they have one manager who visits all locations, and releases them much later than your request, further accruing fees. Their business is 100% fraudulent and I advise contacting The BBB, attorney general and consumer affairs to report their practices. I recommend you do not pay their fees, and contact an attorney.

They just towed my car illegally and it's gonna cost them 2600 dollars. U took my car from my parking spot on downtown sacramento and I have the contract of that parking spot under my name. So u are going g to return me 4 times the amount of money your charging me but am adding the 12500 max amount I can get from you. You made a big mistake.
