A few days ago, Pacific Autow Center came to tow our car. They drove more than two hours from San Diego to Julian, and I would especially like to commend the young driver, Trustin. My car had locked with all of my belongings inside. After carefully and thoroughly checking the situation, he transported my vehicle safely to the service center, which was more than two hours away. Since my phone was locked inside the car, I had to use Trustin’s personal phone to contact both the automobile service center and the towing company. Trustin — you must have been exhausted after driving more than five hours round trip, yet you remained bright, kind, and incredibly helpful. I am truly grateful for your assistance. Please continue to drive safely, and I wish you good health always.

Today I found the best towing company in Poway. I searched for a cheap towing service, then I found Pacific Autow Center. They arrived quickly and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

My car was towed to this lot and was there for a total of 15 hours yet I was charged for 2 full days because they claimed it arrived at 11:59pm. Then they hit me with saying it took them over an hour of travel time to go 1.7 miles. Then, when I wanted to get my car at 1pm on a Friday seeing as their business hours are 8am - 5pm, there was no one there so I had to wait for over 2 hours before someone showed up to get me my car and charge me $453 for it being there 15 hours. When I tried talking to him about how crazy that amount was, he didn’t care and just wanted his money. I don’t know about the other services they offer but if this is how they operate for one service, you can assume it’s how they operate on all services. There’s plenty of other businesses like this so do yourself a favor and don’t use this one. They take advantage of people in vulnerable situations.
