Very helpful and great knowledge of things , normally I haven't had a a GREAT experience at auto shops , but for the fist time today I did , I went in not knowing what type of motor oil I needed and they were quick to help (being a woman I hardly ever receive help or asked if I need it unless I ask in an auto part shop ) so not only did the guy help me with my oil purchase but he checked my oil level and he even filled it for me , I was very impressed .

I bought a tool kit from Hitchcock's it cost around $90. Little did I know that most of the tools in there wouldnt work! I was very disappointed. Even the Box they came in broke.
