I wanna thank Richard & the manager Ramon for helping me out with a error, I was sent to the delano #2829 spoke with Ignacio basically was told my warranty was not available thru an error irrelevant from the fact I was sent from another store with the core Well was told it wasn't going to happen, called this store just to place an order to be prepared, spoke with Richard provided proper information and with the help of Ramon they were able to find the error, was corrected all thru a misunderstanding. I was able to get my warranty honored, all with patience and good communication If you need something answered just asked these two and you will get a answer, don't go to the delano they'll just say there's an error and say we gotta buy a new part Hope everyone has a great day Like Miguel Solorio says (these two just saved me $150 bucks) But for real, we all human
