Even though I had to get my car towed, obviously that is a frustrating situation for anybody and it can put you in a foul mood. However the professionalism from the dispatcher Angie was appreciated. She was calm, helpful and reassuring. I actually rode along with tow truck driver George and it was an excellent conversation the entire 100 mile tow. We discussed our cultures and life experiences. I highly recommend Castro Tow if needed in the Central CA Valley/ Bakersfield area.
