It's been long enough, time to leave a review. Our family has enjoyed being serviced by West Linn Refuse & Recycling. Zero issues. During holidays and snow storms, they communicate well when the pick up day changes. We recently called in to swap out our trash bin (due to rust on the handle) and they gladly swapped it over. Wonderful customer service. Thanks!

Received a letter regarding a new online payment system late December. For nearly 10 years I have been paying online using my own bank so wanted to stay with that method. The letter however indicated a new account number so I changed it in my own bank info, then paid. Later this month I received a bill indicating no payment had been received. So now I set up a new account using their online payment method and paid a second time. However, my first payment is still out there and not credited to my account. I emailed both West Linn Refuse directly and the wcicustomer.com portal with no response from either in 6 days. As I write, I am currently sitting on the phone on hold for 30 minutes hearing how important my call is and how friendly and knowledgeable customer support staff is. What a joke! I know I'll eventually get my money back but why must I work so hard to get it? In previous years calling directly has been pleasant and fast. Sad to see the company going cheap and unfriendly. Must be nice to have no competition or options for the consumer.
