The mechanic Mike is very courteous, & helpful ..On my trip my honda 08 accord cvl axle & jack shaft broke. It has been quite frustrating due to no one having the part I need to fix it. My car has been at Anderson for 4days now. Its not their fault. Apparently this specific part isn't sold at O'Reilys, so we tried a pick & pull and our part got lost! Idk may have to pay 500$ from Honda to get part. Regardless tho Andersons have let me know every step they have taken to get my car going ..I appreciate that! COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING! If u need ur car fixed in Phelan Ca I highly recommend Andersons

I noticed a noise on my trip south for the winter and I had scheduled an overnight stop in Anderson, CA. The next day I took my van in to have them check it out. They fixed it as soon as they could which took a few days as they were very busy. The fix was due to a part not being installed in the first place. I now have a warranty for their work which is terrific! Love these guys!
