I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in phelen California thanks to Aidan. He went above and beyond to help me with my truck. He helped me pick out the right battery, made sure it was the correct fit, and walked me through everything so I felt confident about it. He also helped me choose new wiper blades and gave great recommendations on cleaning products to keep my truck looking sharp. On top of that, he made sure I got the right headlights and double-checked everything for compatibility. Aidan was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about helping customers. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need any parts for my vehicle because of him.

I had the best experience today in Auto Zone. Aidan was the employee that solved my issues today. He was extremely knowledgeable and sooooo polite. This was one of the best experiences I have had at this location and I have been here for over 30+ years. I left with all my car issues solved. Thank you again Aidan!!!

This one star review is for Oscar. These reviews of him being excelllent have to be a lie. He is rude, always yelling at his employees in front of customers, and has selective customer service skills. Meaning if you got the excellent Oscar, congratulations. You have not had the pleasure of witnessing how rude he is, weekly. Customers come back for the employees not Oscar.
