Zero stars worst experience ever i had to put one star to post. First it took them almost 2 weeks to give us an estimate and after that the car was supposed to be ready in 10 days and It took them 4 weeks. After receiving the car it worked for a few hours and after that the car didn't start. I had to bring the car to the shop with my AAA and call my agent to request a rental which thee shop took forever to approve since I ran out of days of rental and after a couple of days they take it to the dealer to diagnose problem which was "rodent damage " which Im completely positive it happened at their facilities after being parked there for a month in the middle of the dessert and not having a rodent problem on my part. Now I have to file another claim and pay another deductible. Not professional at all.
