Extremely Rude Old Blonde Woman. Was pouring very early in the morning so i missed a sign and turn left towards the scale. Only my steers touch the scale when i realized i was in the wrong facility. I was backing up when a woman came out yelling and screaming at me. She came to my window and started blasting all sorts of curse words. I wasn’t even there for a min and was scolded like a child. I didn’t yell back because i didnt want to lower myself to her level. She also referred to as “You people” im Mexican so not sure what she meant by that. Learn some maners lady.

I just received the absolute worst customer service that I've ever had.

Never again will I waste my time and money coming back. Almost 1,300lbs of prepared iron mixed with a little tin roofing only to leave with $17 . I'll be sticking with Northstate Recycling in Redding, well worth the drive for a much better experience.
