Mom and I were in a panic when my husbands car overheated. It’s a new car and not one that I drive often. We ran into the shop and Tim immediately ran out to calm our nerves, diagnose and fix the problem. They were quick and eager to help and had us on the road In no time. We live in Novato but will definitely go back. It’s nice to know there are honest, kind and qualified mechanics nearby. Highly recommend!

I had just started driving down the Pacific coast Highway and experienced some problems with my convertible top. It wouldn't open. I went in there, met Tim and his son. In all of 3 minutes, he found what was wrong! He didn't have the part, but he showed me how to operate my top manually. Didn't charge me a single penny!!!! Tim is the best and nicest guy!! That garage fully deserves its name. Thanks Tim, you made my trip a whole lot nicer!

We unfortunately hit a deer near Valley Ford and brought our vehicle with crushed right front to the Best of the Bay auto works. We really couldn't drive it much further. Tim broke away from his work to focus on our plight. He was extremely helpful and worked on the right front area to remove debris and create a drive-able condition for the vehicle. Thanks to his expert attention, we were able to continue on our way. Clearly, Tim knows what he is doing and was exemplary for his kindness to travelers. This is a great place and I wish we lived nearer.
