I had a very disappointing experience, After agreeing to sell a part, and made the payment. they later made excuses and refused to honor the deal. The communication was unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager, John, was especially concerning very rude, confrontational, and completely unwilling to resolve the issue fairly. Instead of taking responsibility, he tried to justify their actions with excuses. If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable service, I would recommend being very cautious when dealing with this place.
