Shout out to Karl, super friendly and very helpful. Went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He went the extra mile to call the shipping company for me when a delay for my package occurred from the shipping company’s side. Will definitely be a returning customer, as it’s very hard to find companies with such outstanding customer service. Again, thank you so much Karl and there delivery guys for clearing things up. I've waited to post this to see if European Auto Plaza would make things right. They have either blocked my number or changed numbers, but I cannot get a hold of them and they keep giving me a runaround of an answer. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I purchased from here. The reviews speak for themselves. When you see consistency of them taking your money and not getting your CORRECT PRODUCT! I ordered a Frieghtliner Sprinter van motor. I asked them to send me pictures of the motor I would be getting, they sent me photos. When the motor arrived, it was not the same motor. There were missing parts on the motor and it was damaged. Missing or damaged parts, that were not missing or damaged in the photos they sent me. EGR cooler was damaged, The motor has two parts to the oil pan, the lower oil pan was gone with damage to the main rear seal because they pried the lower oil pan off. It also caused damage on the surface for the upper and lower oil pan join together, that had to be resurfaced. The oil separator and splash guard (I don't know the exact name) were missing. The PCR valve was damaged, broken. I had to spend and extra $3000.00 on top of an already expensive motor. I paid what I did because I was shown pictures and told what I was going to get, and that is not what I received. I have attempted for 3 months now to have them make this right. They said they would refund me half of my extra cost. They continually do no answer and when I have been able to get ahold of them, they make up an excuse. The most recent excuse is that their software is not working to refund the money. On all of their negative reviews, they respond with an attack toward the customer that they would make it right. Well... they know who I am and know my phone number and can call me to make this right. The first 4 photos are the ones they sent me, stating this was the motor they were sending. The rest are the damaged parts and how it was received on my end.

Ordered a fender for my car. It arrived wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap. After unwrapping it the fender was SEVERELY dented in multiple places. Nothing a box wouldn't have prevented. After reaching out to the guy (never gave me a name) I haven't heard a response in days! Frustrating that they run the kind of business that is so quick to answer when you're buying but wont respond to help you. I shouldn't be out 300$ because they're too cheap to use a box! In short, a box was not used during shipping and the seller never responded to me about returning the part. EDIT: It was NOT shipped with a box, and I was ghosted by the seller so I had no way of returning anything.
