THANKFUL GRATEFUL

I was referred to auto truck recyclers from Joseph Tire Shop where I had gone to looking for a tire rim. Joseph's shop didn't have one so he gave me the number for 11th Ave AATR I got in my car called the company spoke with Arnold gave him the information that was needed for my rim he had the rim I told him that I was in route to get it ask him for directions he gave me directions to the location. His CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT‼️ He also advised me that he was having someone to locate the rim prior to my arrival and once I got there literally two minutes later the guy was walking out the back with my rim ready to put it in my vehicle and there was no delay I purchased the rim and was done the entire process was less than 5 minutes. Great Customer service matters ‼️I will refer people to this business. Thanks for everything Arnold😀

I called about a part they had for sale online and the guy told me they had it. Drove over there to get it but when I get there the guy tells me to go to the yard with him. The truck that supposedly had the part I needed was no where be found. He should've updated his inventory or taken the time to make sure the part was there before wasting my time and gas. Last time I will ever look for a part here. HOW INCONSIDERATE!!

Be careful with this company, I bought an engine for a ford expedition 1999 5.4. with them and they told me that it is in good condition and it turns out that when they installed it the engine had low compression it did not work. not only with that, I called them for the repair The guarantee or they would give me my money back and they just ignored me and did not answer the phone. Be careful with them, they are theves and they will rip you off like me. No guarantee, no money back. Be careful with this company. Very bad experience.terrible costumer services.manager always tell you later o but you never call or your never return lol this people are so terrible and the salesman even Lie to you Be careful

I went there looking for a motor. Mind you, single woman no clue what i was getting into for a car I had no option than to fix. I called a million times and was very hesitant. Once i went, i was all over the place. The owner himself, talked to me, reassured me and did not sell to me until i was sure. Today i finally got the motor installed. I have 2 months warranty. Hopefully it works for a few years but the security and comfort they offer is priceless!!!

Michelle and the team over there is super busy because of the quality of parts that they have in stock, I am located in San Antonio Texas and they are in Hialeah Florida. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used them for various parts shipping all over the country to basically all over the world… I have a lot of business in the Caribbean so they have a perfect South Florida location and also perfect customer service. Being the owner here, I appreciate their attention to detail, and all the courtesy they extend to me which doesn’t happen with every recycler in the country… I shop over 6000 junkyards every day for my customers and this one is one of my most highly regarded and recommended! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS, LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! MICHELLE and this company falsely advertises parts that aren’t in there inventory. They have charged me $1650 on September 11th, 2020. I waited 4 months receiving nothing but excuses as to why the parts weren’t shipped. They reluctantly told me they would give me a refund but I have yet to see the return of my money that they claimed was processed. Now I am unable to get through to them because no one is answering the phone.

Called on the phone to ask if the part was available. Was told to drive down and see in person. Drove the 20 minutes to see in person, and had to implicitly explain a couple times what the part I needed was. Was eventually given a price that was 50% higher than a brand new part from the dealership!!! When I tried to explain that the part goes for a fraction of that on Ebay, the employee shrugged, rolled his eyes, and walked away from me. It was incredibly unprofessional and I wonder how they stay open for business. Don't bother giving your money to this local business!

Absolute nightmare, ordered a motor and got run around for weeks, being put on hold dozens of times for 30-45 mins at at a time, only to be finally told the motor was no good. Absolutely nobody knows what’s going on, the communication is poor and extremely unprofessional. WASTE OF TIME.
