Got into an accident dec 31, 2024 and just front end damage on my 2014 rogue. I called and Jessica was sweet and professional. Ask for my address and let me know that within 45 mins to an hour the driver Allen would be there. Jessica went a step further and called me to let me me know the driver Allen was delay due to Miami traffic. We spoke a little and very friendly. When the driver Allen arrived he was simple None of that greasy used car salesman stuff. Sincere and honest and upfront. Ive worked tow yard for police impounding Parker, Colorado and i know the stereotype and how some of the drivers can be. And these folks were sweet and nice. People can be unprofessional and they both were understandable and help give me a good price for my veh. You want someone friendly and upfront no hidden agendas. You want Allen as your driver to pick up your veh.
