These are some of the most friendly people I've met in the salvage industry. Unfortunately, the driver and passenger window switch consoles I purchased were not correctly matched to the proper year, a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. I'm giving a 5-Star rating because I feel these guys are honest and will give my 83 year old mother a refund.

Mom waited 5 days for a rim and was lied to and told they already had it. She paid and was told to come back the next day if she couldn’t wait 45 minutes for them to pull it. That was on Monday 3/24. From Tuesday-Thursday she was told to come back and then told she had to pay an additional $20. No accountability. Thursday afternoon she was finally offered a refund. She goes in for a refund and is asked for a receipt by the same lady who accepted the payment and instructed her to come back o multiple times in addition to asking for the extra $20. I do not recommend!

Called ahead and was told the part i needed was there. Drove 300 miles just for someone else to tell me it might not be here but i have to walk around that dust bowl yard to look for it. Smh of course it wasnt there. Waste of time. Horrible customer service. I shouldve looked at the reviews before i came here. This place is a joke
