Got here from an hour away. It’s not even raining but the rude lady in the front told me nobody could take the parts off because of puddles. I drove an hour away got there at 2pm for them to tell me they can’t take the parts off because there is puddles in the lot. Don’t even waste ur time here. Rude cutomer service and doesn’t even care about their customers. Horrible

Jose was beyond awesome! I needed two car doors and was more worried about finding them, than how I was going to get them off the car. Not only is the staff fantastic but the clientele are pretty amazing too. Another patron helped me remove the doors and get them to my truck. Pricing was the best I saw anywhere, from Lake, Orange, or Seminole counties! If you’re looking for spare parts this is the place to go.

Got there on a Saturday at 1:30 and the door clearly states open until 3. The door was locked with a guy sitting inside who told me "we decided too close early today" then told me too leave. Took my business to budget in winter garden and found all the stuff I was looking for. I will NEVER consider coming back here for parts on my projects.
