I bought a part from Ace for my car. the part came with 2 broken tabs. I called Steve, says it go broken on shipment. no way it got broken in shipment the way it was packed. Tabs were separate from the part. got stuck with it. no way will I shop at Ace. stuck with $78.00 part could not use.

Ace is a very great place to go for parts.. everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the parts you need.. I would definitely recommend going to them to get what you need first.. staff is great and the price is very reasonable.. they don’t try to beat you on the price even though they pull the parts themselves!!

The lady that was there knew what I wanted because I can tell she like nice things and had one of the guys go out and get a great choice for me, which was the inner door panel for my truck. My dog’s weight had destroyed the original one. Bottom line I was pleased and greatly satisfied. It wasn’t pricey either. Thanks for the availability and great customer service.

Awesome. I was in need for an obscure part for a 24 year old vehicle and they had it, in great condition at a fantastic price. Sales people were great. Highly recommended this place and I will be back. Side Note: they had some great deals on used rims. I was tempted but held off because I am extremely cheap (which is why i fix cars myself).

NOT A GOOD experience at all!! My fiancé called early this morning when they opened AT 9am to see if they had the part we needed and to see if we would have to pull it. They said they had it and that they would pull it. They never said how long it would take so he assumed it would be ready when he got there. I waisted 40$ getting an Uber to the place just to find out it would take 2 hours to get the part and now fast forward nearly 7 hours later and still no part pulled this is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!! I have smaller children that I have to get to and from school. I was hoping it would be up and running TODAY but unfortunately due to our trust in this business to pull a fuel pump now I may be without it a car for another day.

I needed an engine computer for one of our customers at our auto repair shop and they were able to pull it from the vehicle for me within a couple of hours! You pay upfront...call before you go; they pull the part for you... They will call you to pick up the item. When I went to pick the item up; it was not the correct part for the Vehicle. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PART(S) BEFORE YOU LEAVE , OR NO REFUNDS TO BE RETURNED! Other than that; nice customer service & I did receive my money back... ONLY BECAUSE I COMPARED IT WITH THE OLD PART BEFORE I LEFT.

Great service, fast, easy...even offered to carry my 'AC' compressor out to the car, which is super amazing when a male isn't present! Also, the guy named Jeff at the counter was friendly, and didn't make me feel less as a woman coming in to order parts since some places/ people feel that its a 'man thing'. If I need any parts in the future I will be back here for sure! A++++

Worst experience....!!!! Called to check for part for my parents truck who are in their 80's . Was put on hold to check the inventory. 10 minutes later someone picks back up and is unaware of what part I needed after putting me on hold to check for it, before I can reshare the details of why I'm calling, this person hangs up......Great work guys keep it up. Shop Manager not honoring 100 day warranty on engine because this is the second engine that we have received from them that is bad. Tried to lie and say it was only a 90 day warranty and when I advised him the 100 day warranty was not expired he accused me of doing some funny business and said that the motor wasn't bad I must have been racing the car. Going to speak to the owner tomorrow to see if he will honor the warranty. Do not buy from them and expect them to honor any warranty given on any bad engine they may sell.

Needed a rear view mirror replaced for my 2012 Chevy Cruze. Chevy wanted to charge me $260 for the part alone and Steve at Ace Salvage was able to find me the part for $30. Quick, easy, affordable, and friendly! I will definitely be calling here first in the future before going anywhere else.

I am the owner of Accu Autopros on Rt. 41 in Tampa. The entire staff goes out of their way to find any part you need. They are always eager and nice to deal with. I had engines purchased and installed here, suspension parts located, even very small parts such as hood shocks and little wires etc... They always come through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was their for maybe 15 minutes but it was worth my time I get their and i told them what I needed they send me to the back to the side where my car model is in and I look for the part I find it they gave me it for it’s price it was great only thing they can’t do is install it it’s illegal because incase they break anything so honestly I was really satisfied it was amazing customer service with all the guys their , I would recommend everyone to come here , it’s actually my second time their because I went my first time to get a window and they was able to have someone install it for me maybe 2 years ago and honestly I’m really satisfied with their customer service for the part I got today they actually told me how to install it and told me I can return it if it doesn’t fit .

Be careful with ace!!!don't pay them with cash,when you pay wait for your parts,if you leave they will call you if you don't have the receipt,it will be a dead and!!!!! I pay them with card they still say I didn't pay,I show them my bank statement,they still don't give me the part that i was paying for 😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰when I was trying to talk about it they want to fight me,they send one call Jose to kick me out,I leave them with my money and the part,be careful with ace I don't think I have time to fight for less than $50

I pulled up at 5:01PM on the 20th of April and the people outside told me they were closed. Two of them had company shirts on. I know that this salvage yard closes at 5:30 PM. If that's the case, then they closed 29 minutes early. Just wanted to post this because the website says 5:30 PM, but they really close at 5 PM .
