If I could give you 1 star I would they purchased my vehicle today and have gave me the run around about activating my check and trying to cash it 3 different times caused it to red flag the check because by the time I was able to cash it supposedly they were closed after the lady on the line stated she would be there til 7pm I will be contacting a lawyer if I don’t receive my money by tomorrow am!!!! Poor customer service

The estimation, towing and paying process was professional, quick and easy. The communication was great. They always explaining you in details every step of the process.
