I was in an accident and had to get my possessions out of my vehicle. It was taking me a while as I had to remove some adaptive driving equipment. Ian came out to check on me as he was becoming concerned about me (I am disabled), and ended up helping me clean out my car. Thanks much!

Bad customer service! They do not display a willingness to help. I felt like bother to them trying to get information. Did not feel comfortable at any point during my interaction. I had to probe for information, and that information was sometimes conflicting. Did not know that you can only view vehicles on Fridays or Mondays when they are in queue for auction/sale. Why post a vehicle on your website with a "future" sale date when interested buyers cannot even view it on site (at least that's what I was told by customer service). I will not be going there again! SMH
