Fantastic people to deal with. Jackie who took my calls was the most kind, knowledgeable, and patient person I could expect to deal with. I was trying to locate a particular rim on a somewhat rare model Mercedes from 2004. She not only found the rim in her inventory but it also had a usable tire that came with it. Price and shipping were super fair. She sent a few pictures and on top of that she had the tires and rims cleaned so I could more accurately assess the condition The whole crew at iDrive Auto Parts are super professionals.

This level of customer is hard to come by anymore. It was very refreshing. I asked in the order notes to confirm the part number prior to shipping, Jackie promptly e-mailed me with the part number and multiple photos of the part (radio/nav assembly). It arrived in exceptionally good packaging, lots of bubble wrap. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.
