This place is a gem for affordable parts. Same convenience and professional environment of chain stores. Good quality used parts and friendly service. I was so fortunate to find this place when I did. After purchasing my alternator from them, they were able to find me a “dealer only” part for my used vehicle at another store but I opted to wait for them to get it to give them my business. They give you a fair warranty on the parts as well. I will always shop here first for my vehicles. Everyone I encountered at the store greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They are what’s RIGHT in customer service! Thanks so much Chad!

I needed a power steering pump from my 2006 Honda but didn't have the money to buy a new one so after looking all over I could not find one local until I found iDrive.. I called them up they told me they had one still on a vehicle sent me a link I paid for my part and they immediately sent me a text back letting me know that my part was on their schedule to be pulled the next morning I got a text from them saying that my part would be ready in the morning for pickup.. as far as price reliability customer service I give them five stars they were quick and kept me informed the whole way.. I recommend them to anybody

Redemption!!iDrive has a great customer service team. I worked with Cliff. I had a few hangups on two doors and a trunk lid that were immediately rectified. Cliff was expedient in reaching out and returning my calls to answer all questions. All the staff there were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to outsource a few parts, saving me time. They seem to have access to a vast array of inventory. I was so satisfied with thier service I just put in another order for more parts for my 2010 chrysler 300.Good job guys!!!

I found the website helpful. When I couldn't locate a pick up price, i did an online chat to sort it out. Very easy. Invoice was sent to my email address.with a payment link. Follow up when the part was ready included a text and a phone call. Location was clean and the staff friendly.Overall an exceptional experience!
