I could not be any happier with my experience with GLR! I called at 9:30am, and my car is currently being picked up at 10:50am. Not only a super fast pickup, they offered me the best pricing from any scrapyard within 25 miles (I called quite a few). The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone had great customer service and was beyond friendly. The driver himself was also friendly and gave a call with a timeframe when he would arrive.10/10 recommended to anyone trying to get rid of a junk car 😄

I called to see about having a car picked up late in the afternoon, they were able to get it picked up within 2.5 hours that same day. They also gave almost $200 more than the other place I called. If I would have driven the car to them, they offered more money! I would definitely recommend them! Customer service was friendly and helpful, the tow truck driver was such a nice guy! Great experience all around. Thank you!

Everything went off without a hitch. From the first phone call to getting the CASH. No problems... the price quoted was what I reçeived. Of course the tow truck operator did a brief check to make sure that I upheld my end of the bargain. He was professional, personable and efficient. 👍
