Worst used car dealership I ever have done business with. Sold me a car with bald tires so I purchased new wheels and tires for it. I voluntarily returned it due to loosing my job and they told me to bring it back and they would give me the wheels and tires that I purchased. Then they refused to give them to me.

Take your business somewhere else…..he is a thief. No one has any answers….prices are not set….I asked for a breakdown of prices and they said they can not do that

Very unhappy loyal customer !!! I will not ever give them another dollar of my hard earned money again . I have bought three cars from them , send lots of people to them , and thought because I paid my car payment on time or before time . That I had value and credit but nope I was wrong . I went there today paid off one car and had a down payment of 3500 dollars plus the taxes And title money . Sergio had agreed on that price and sends me in with Roberto whom decides he will try to bully me into 4000k down and payments of 250 every two weeks . I’m like I will just pay my car off and take my money and business else where . Also I will always let everyone know how I was treated today 03/03/2022

I purchased a car from this place they did not have an auto pay or app then they got the app I set my payments for auto pay I don’t know what happened but the payment did not come out my account instead of calling me to let me know no payment was made they came and repo my car went up there the next day try to explain and understand what happened they treated me like trash ain’t care to fix the situation just gave me the price I ask to speak to the manager because the dude that was assisting me was rude and did not care about the situation when the manger came he was rude and was not trying to listen to what I had to say let me leave upset and did not care I regret letting my friend referr me there this company are for bad credit individuals that likes getting treated like trash I don’t recommend no one to get a car there

All cars break down within 5-6months and expect you to put another $1500 down for a new car. They showed up to my house multiple times and cursed out my family members. Service is terrible and they expect you to pay the most

We have bought two vehicles from this place, had no issues whatsoever. Made payments on time, and so on. We went back this past weekend, to look for a third vehicle, my husband needed a work truck or van. We found a truck, and saw other options. The man who was showing is around gave us a price, and we were ok with it, he showed us around, and said we would be ok, having been prior customers. We told him what we could put down and what the payments would be like.HOWEVER, , once we came into the office, and the customer guy being back and forth, more than once, talking to his supervisor, and what not, the price originally given to us went up $5000. They wanted more as the down payment, than what was previously agreed.We had never had issues with them, but there is no set price on the vehicles, they work on the numbers themselves. Sad to see this happen. We won’t be going back. Ohh, after we left, they called my husband twice, for him to go get the truck he wanted, that the supervisor was busy and so many lies. Be careful out there.

From my pov they are not for the people. They will take advantage of you and be intimidated in you for speaking facts I hate that I have to deal with them but if your desperate you will go

Let start off by saying.. A few people will tell you not too go here but I've had the best experience ever with Mr Chaneys. I got a ford fusion 2014 from him that runs and drives like a champ.. I was short a bill and he paid until I could pay.. My late grandmother Josephine Hart went here got cars and if there was problem he took care of her... Mr Chaneys I thank you sir for everything..One Great dealership
