Great staff that works there my son works there his friends were there and I happen to know his bosses great people to know and they get their work done and timely manner

The best words I can find to describe Copart Mobile (more correctly, their satellite lot up the road in Theodore) are incompetent and unprofessional. I was considering several RVs and wanted to have them inspected by an inspector of my choosing...not someone affiliated with Copart. I called the facility several times to work this out, including determining what requirements the inspector would need to meet, including membership, etc. I informed the inspector concerning this and he arrived with his assistant to conduct the inspection. His assistant was told she'd need to pay for a membership...not simply use the guest membership she'd already signed up for. I had earlier asked a Copart employee what level of membership was required and was told that any level, including the free guest membership would work. Eventually, she simply waited in the car instead of assisting in inspections and documenting RV condition. Additionally, I wanted the inspector to determine whether any of the units would start, as several were advertised as Run and Drive. I later talked with another Copart employee (Heath, I believe was his name) and he said that they had had RV fires at that location when people attempted to start RVs.) This sounds stupid. Have you ever heard of a fire extinguisher? How do you expect people to thoroughly inspect vehicles they are buying (as the Copart website advises) if they can't determine whether they will start? I paid a substantial amount of money to get these inspections/evaluations done and much of it was wasted, despite the inspector's best efforts. Actually, I don't even have time or energy that will allow me to convey the true magnitude of Copart incompetence at the Theodore satellite location. Sad. Also, don't waste your time asking for a return phone call. I've done it several times with no success. Instead, select the number 3 option as if you're returning their call. That's assuming you can tolerate the incompetence at Theodore or you have other Copart locations available to you.

I buy from them all the time to fix and sell for extra cash..Great way to do business.

If you are ever that unfortunate that your car is a total loss and is towed to Copart in Mobile before you get the chance to get your personal belongings out - you rather get there quick. They stole everything besides the license plate. Customer Service just pushed me out for weeks telling me that they will send everything by mail... of course they never did.Total loss for me about $300 plus paperwork with personal information on it is gone too.

Clean, well run, safe, and a lil out of the way. Altho copart is a misleading name... u cant get car/automobile parts here. They do hold auctions however, not sure if you need dealers license (but probably)I had to get my stuff out of my car after it was totalled. It had been at a tow shop but when I was able to get a ride, it had been moved to coparts. The car had been looked at by other guy's insurance company... so many people had been around it. I was upset that they cleaned it out, apparently this is a common practice for them, as the insurance adjusters need it cleaned out to an extent (see pics) but I didn't expect to find all my nooks and crannies would be striped of everything. They threw(or someone, not accusing anyone) ALL away, make up, glasses, paystubs, random things...I'm not a pig. But there was definitely random things on my floor. I.E a shakeweight (insert innuendo here) my mom insisted I have a weapon. Lol, seriously...I digressMany things were missing includingRayban's prescription sunglassesAn old Garmin..older model of course but was 600$ in 14 but u knowShakeweight as previously discussedMake up...ya'll know that these are not cheap..My quilt made by deceased granny was wet and smelled like mildew. Really upsettingAnd more I can't even remember...This way and i am in way ACCUSING THIS ESTABLISHMENT just to be honest and not slanderous.The people here were delightful and easy going. They also were more than cooperative in helping with possible theift claim for insurance, which I never followed up on...duh.Visit coparts for auctions I think that's all they do. But they must sell some parts... right the name n all... I'm not much help I did really get a good jist of their operation.

Staff has always been pleasant and helpful in purschasing, picking up or having vehicles delivered. The few times there were problems, they were quick to start working in correcting them. I am very pleased with the services they perform.

My totaled car is here and I have been trying to get someone on the phone for about 2 months, but I’ve had no luck. No one answers the phone and you have to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes just to be offered the option to leave a voicemail. If you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. I hope I’m not being charged a daily fee for my car being there...if it’s still there...I don’t want the car back, but it would be nice to know what happened to it since it is...ya know....mine...or at least I think it’s still mine...I’ll probably never know...

Awesome staff, they work hard to keep it all running. Yes we have had a few issues with buying and selling at Copart, but they always seem to get it resolved and thats what it takes to keep us as loyal customers.

This is by far the most missed managed and difficult auction I have ever dealt with. They make paying for vehicles extremely difficult so that they can charge fees for storage. The staff in the office has no customer service training whatsoever. In my situation, I called and talked to the manager and he assured me he would fix my situation. I never heard back from him and the situation was not resolved. I had purchased a vehicle and wired funds to the auction to pay for it. They could not find where the wire went through for a week and a half on their end and then charged storage fees for the week and a half even though it was their mistake. When you call the local number for the Copart lot, you get locations in other places and then they transfer you to the lot you were trying to call. Then you sit on hold for 20 minutes and get hung up on because no one ever answers. I have had one bad experience after another so far in dealing with this company.

Had an insurance company using copart to process our total loss. It took over 2 months to do paperwork. Had to send the paperwork originally asked for, then it was lost had to send it again is really disappointing hopefully I can figure out where they're strengths and weaknesses are I really hope to not have to work with them again in this condition of management.
